Affirmative Action

The district’s Affirmative Action Officer is Dr. Brad Haimowitz, Director of Special and Non-Public Services. Dr. Haimowitz is responsible for overseeing the district’s compliance with state and federal laws, including but not limited to, N.J.A.C. 6A:7, Managing for Equality and Equity in Educational Programs and Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 (sex/gender equity in the field of education).
