Northern Region Educational Services Commission is an approved service provider by the New Jersey Department of Developmental Disabilities. In addition to Second Home, our Day Habilitation Program, the NRESC is an approved provider for occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, goods and services, respite care, supported employment, and community inclusion.
